Senior Multifamily Investment Broker

Ottenheimer Group | Baird & Warner is seeking a Senior Multifamily Investment Broker to join our growing team. The Senior Multifamily Investment Broker will be responsible for growing the multifamily and investment business in Chicago and the suburbs by:

• Advising clients on their real estate investment goals
• Analyzing and valuing properties based on comparative market analysis and/or income approach
• Marketing current properties and generating new listings
• Researching markets and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Networking with individual and institutional investors as well as other industry professionals
• Recruiting, growing, and developing a team of Multifamily Investment Brokers

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic
• Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a story
• Collaborative and Professional
• Experience in multifamily investment sales
• Proficient in Costar, MLS, Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint

Note: This is a 100% commission position with a competitive split
