I have successfully bought two homes in Chicago with Scott. He is a fantastic ally to have in your corner throughout the entire process. Scott is very knowledgeable and has a data analytics approach that makes you confident you are making the right decisions. Scott's market knowledge and his experience are very broad and he owns and rents several of his own investment properties so is great at understanding ROI if you are looking at an investment property. He will give you honest and straightforward feedback, is quick to respond to any questions and definitely will go to bat for you during the negotiation process. After using him twice over the past five years we consider him a friend and call on him anytime we need professional real estate advice.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Ann went out of her way to find the kids and I a perfect home....always took my phone calls no matter what time it was. Would drop what she was doing to work around my crazy schedule to show homes to us. What I loved most about her was that she had my family and I's best interest when looking at homes. She was fair while negotiating...she was honest and up front. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone out there. Thank you isn't enough for everything she did to help us.
