Scott and his team were remarkable! I was 50/50 on selling as I loved my home but if I received the right offer I would make the move. Scott got an offer before it even hit the MLS and also recouped half of the "special assessment" that was forthcoming. He was extremely responsive during the negotiations and held strong where most realtors would cave in. I would highly recommend Scott and his team as they took a lot of the work off my hands and made my life easier.
