Scott is very knowledgeable and has a data analytics approach that makes you confident you are making the right decisions. Scott's market knowledge and his experience are very broad and he owns and rents several of his own investment properties so is great at understanding ROI if you are looking at an investment property. He will give you honest and straightforward feedback, is quick to respond to any questions and definitely will go to bat for you during the negotiation process. After using him twice over the past five years we consider him a friend and call on him anytime we need professional real estate advice.
