We started with little knowledge of the area or what we wanted in a home, but Scott showed incredible patience as we refined our location, budget, and style preferences--never rushing us. His deep understanding of the local market allowed him to offer valuable advice when we made our offer, ultimately securing a deal we felt great about, even in a seller's market.Most importantly, Scott consistently put our best interests first. He advised against making offers in certain situations, alerted us when our bids were too high, and never pressured us--actions rarely seen in someone eager to close a commission.We can't recommend Scott highly enough.

Scott is an incredible counselor and negotiator. He is patient, kind, and unbelievably knowledgeable about how to win the deal in a competitive market. Scott will tell you he's a numbers guy, and he definitely is. But he is just as attuned to the emotional aspect of this process. Let me add that he is highly transparent, very responsive, and as evidence of that, I'll share that he gave us the good news that our offer had been accepted from 35,000 feet in the air. He's the best.

First off, Scott is amazing! It was our very first property we bought and were very new to everything, so we had a lot of concerns going in. Then we met Scott who made everything so much easier!Every property we would send over to him to check on, he would respond and confirm showings asap. During the showings, he would always have such amazing insight such as what to look for when looking at properties, any potential future issues the properties may have and how much to have the problems fixed. He would give us detailed information on what he likes and dislikes with full transparency. He has exceptional knowledge on regulations and laws as well as on being a landlord, so he was able give us advice on every question we had!During the negotiation process, he took care of everything so that we didn't have to worry about anything. He got us in contact with great lawyers and was able to negotiate everything we wanted, some being things we never even thought of. He made the entire process so much easier and we couldn't be happier with how everything went! We would recommend Scott to everyone we can no question!
