Joel Raynes earned a "5 Plus" star rating for all four categories. He is a superb professional. He helped us work through our priorities in finding what we wanted in our desired market; as an attorney I was impressed and appreciative of his negotiating skills; he always made sure we understood the dynamics of the process; and he was consistently responsive in getting back to us by telephone, email or text. The best compliment is we'd use him again if we needed his professional skills. And a bonus: once the transaction was concluded, Joel followed up to see if we had any questions, concerns, or if we needed assistance in any other area.
